B & C Story #1

As I was driving my children to school my youngest son (C) was talking to his older brother (B). His voice kept cracking as he was recovering from a cold he had the previous week. His brother interrupted him and said, "Why are you talking like that?" As we approached the stop light I turned around and said to B, "It is not nice to make fun of your brother's voice, he just has a frog in his throat." C turned back to his brother and said, "Yea, a bull frog."
As a mother of two and a Graduate student all at the same time, life can be extremely stressful and hectic at times. I have learned over the course of the last year that it is important to keep my sense of humor at the fore front of my daily taks, otherwise I would probably lose my mind. I have discovered that the majority of the time I find myself laughing the most when I am listening to the statements my children make and the conversations they have. After much thought I have decided to use this blog as a way to share some of the daily laughter I experience while listening to my own children. This laughter and joy reminds me every day what the imporant things in life really are. As I share with you I encourage you to share with me some of the funny things your children have said to you or others!

Thanks!
